Outside Lands Music Festival, which takes place August 9–11 at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, CA, announced the full lineup yesterday morning and we couldn’t be more excited. The festival, which is produced by Another Planet Entertainment, Superfly Presents, and Starr Hill Presents, occurs each year in August and is a main event of the summer for SF locals and out-of-town visitors alike. Golden Gate Park provides a stunning backdrop for the festivities, offering both natural beauty and ample space for multiple stages, art installations, and food vendors. As anticipation builds for this year’s extravaganza, here’s a glimpse of what awaits you at one of the most anticipated events on the festival calendar.
The Key Details
Golden Gate Park is a 1,017-acre park located in the western section of San Francisco. Parking around the park during the festival weekend can be scarce, so we recommend taking public transportation. Each year, the festival offers a prepaid shuttle that picks up festival goers from the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium at Civic Center, which is conveniently close to the Civic Center BART station. The N-Line Muni Metro is also a great option since it runs between Civic Center Station and the Sunset District, which is a short walk to the festival’s southern entrance.
3-Day General Admission tickets start at $469 and can cost up to $5,095 for the exclusive Golden Gate Club Outside Lands experience. To learn more about ticket pricing and purchase a ticket, visit sfoutsidelands.com/tickets.

This year’s Outside Lands headliners include rap and alternative hip-hop artist Tyler, The Creator, alt-rock act The Killers, country singer-songwriter Sturgill Simpson and hip-hop/rap artist Post Malone, performing a special country set exclusive to the festival. The varied lineup also features The Postal Service, KAYTRANADA, Chris Lake, Young The Giant, ScHoolboy Q JUNGLE, Reneé Rapp, Teddy Swims, Victoria Monét, FLETCHER, Channel Tres, Chappell Roan, and many more.
Sets You Must See
KAYTRANADA is a DJ, producer, and musician who has carved out a distinctive niche in the electronic and hip-hop music scenes. His music draws from a wide range of influences including hip-hop, R&B, funk, soul, and house music. What sets KAYTRANADA apart is his ability to seamlessly fuse these genres together, creating a sound that is simultaneously nostalgic and futuristic. His performance will definitely be a notable one this year!
Reneé Rapp is a talented singer-songwriter and actress who we’re all universally obsessed with. She gained recognition for starring as Regina George in the Broadway musical Mean Girls (2019–2020) and since then has starred in an HBO Max TV show, the Mean Girls 2024 film, and released her debut EP Everything to Everyone, followed by her full-length studio album Snow Angel. Reneé’s vocals are unmatched and we can’t wait to catch her set!
FLETCHER is a dynamic and energetic singer-songwriter who released her second studio album, In Search of the Antidote, last month! Outside Lands will be one of FLETCHER’s first US performances with the new album, ahead of her recently announced North American tour, which begins in mid-September. We’re big fans of FLETCHER’s hit single “Bitter” and we can’t wait to experience her set at Outside Lands!
Singer-songwriter Chappell Roan is on the rise and we’re so excited that she’ll be performing at Outside Lands! Often seen in extravagant sparkly dresses and drag-inspired ensembles, her music screams queer joy and her synth-pop tunes will definitely make you want to start dancing. She recently gained a lot of new fans while opening for the first leg of Olivia Rodrigo’s tour, and if you aren’t already familiar with her music, we’re sure you’ll leave this year’s festival as a new Chappell Roan fan.
French Cassettes is an alternative/indie band local to San Francisco. We’re big fans of their 2020 album, Rolodex, and we’re anxiously waiting for their new album, Benzene, to be released in June. If you are an indie music fan in the Bay, you might already know of the French Cassettes, and if you don’t, you won’t want to miss their performance at this year’s festival!
The Food
Food is a big highlight of the festival, offering attendees a diverse and delicious culinary experience. The food lineup hasn’t been announced yet, but Outside Lands is known to partner with a wide array of local restaurants to create dining opportunities that celebrate the gastronomic landscape of the Bay Area.
